This renovation resulted in quite an upfit to both the exterior and the interior of this Sullivan's Island residence - we started from scratch for most of the interior, extending the kitchen into an existing porch among other things. The decoration was kept fresh and clean throughout, with moments of blue and green as a reminder of the sea.
